• Design and Material SelectionThe initial step involves selecting high-performance elastomers and fabrics that can withstand a wide range of temperatures,from minus 60°C to over 80°C.

• Reinforcing Fiber EmbeddingIn the case of diaphragms,reinforcing fibers are embedded in the rubber at specific angles,which significantly affects the spring constant of the air spring.

• Molding ProcessA cylindrically formed fiber-reinforced rubber piece is fitted into a mold and compressed under high-temperature,high-pressure conditions to form the predetermined diaphragm shape.

• Simulation of Production ProcessTo ensure the accuracy of the reinforcing fibersangular distribution,simulation technology is used to analyze the non-linear variation of the angle of reinforcing fibers embedded in the rubber.

• Quality Control and TestingEvery product development undergoes rigorous testing,including multi-axial servohydraulic test rigs with climate chambers for realistic endurance tests,and a special four-axis kinematic test rig with laser measurement technology for precise geometry measurement.
